I'm a case manager at a hospital and a client requested using Bedard after having issue after issue with out of state options. I had never heard of them. I worked with them on her behalf and they were such a pleasure to work with - responsive, flexible, personal & understanding - that I used them again when I needed a breast pump. Another great experience and I would recommend to anyone!!
Very professional group of people who really take time to understand the customer and act accordingly. More than expected. Great to see everyone in the building following COVID guidelines as well.
I get my dexcom supplies from them and lately it's an act of Congress to get them. I call they say ok on its way but never is. Call again and get a different story. Will be looking for a new supplier
Sarah is the first person who have reached out via email to help me. I have been trying to order resupplied for a while. I've tried calling but because of my work schedule I usually miss connection. Have tried sending email but no one responded. Sarah is the first and truly appreciated for working with me.
I have had the hardest time getting an insurance covered pump, but within 20 minutes of my MIL sending me the link for Bedard, they had received my request and sent a request for a script from my Dr. 2 days later and my pump will be here in the next day or 2! Amazing!
