Beech Grove Family Medicine

Called 4 times to try and get a refill on my meds. Called the office and asked for the nurse of the doctor. Was on hold for 20 minutes finally hung up. Time to find another Doctor

Dr. Otherson is a wonderful physician. She was my physician when she worked in Franklin, IN and when she left Franklin for Beech Grove, I tried to find another doctor in my area. Long story short, I now drive the extra 20-25 minutes to Beech Grove just to see her. I have also always found the front office staff and nurses very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very poor office staff. Dr Enright is great. If you need meds that are taken every day and on your chart called in, it is hit or miss. Better look elsewhere. You can't even get the after hours RN on call to call in meds. You will be totally screwed if you use this office.n.

They never listen to your concerns it literally takes multiple visits to get them to finally listen , then they want you to do multiple things just so they can make more money ! All they care about is money && not their patients !nNeedless to say , my family is finding a new family doctor !nNow I see why they only have a 2 star! && I’ve been going here for over 7 years !
