I have never used this company before as I have not found myself in a position to need to until recently.nI ordered the squirrel infant formula on July 7th. Paid for expedited shipping. I did not receive the product until after the infant squirrels had passed away ud83dude2a.nI have been trying to get in contact with Nick Vlamis via email since then to return the unopened box of formula. I have received one email that stated he was in a meeting but would contact me this last Monday. I heard nothing. Then I got an email stating he would reach out this morning and again nothing.nI am absolutely flabbergasted ud83dude2e at the lack of attention I have received. One would think it’s a pretty simple question...”What is your return procedure”? Very disappointing.
I would never use any other milk replacer for the kittens. I use Fox Valley exclusively. I use it for nursing moms. Great products. Great service. Love this company!
