Customer service was great! The workers gave my pup awesome attention and even helped me put the harness on him! Definitely will be going there from now on
The staff is great and very knowledgeable. Store was clean, except the check out area is always cluttered. Great variety on specialty pet food. Cashier was very patient with me regarding my perks card.
This store almost always has what I'm looking for and the staff is always super friendly and willing to help me find things. Just beware that sometimes things can get backed up cause they usually bonly have one cashier even before covid...
Saw that they have a tank with ich infested goldfish. Didn't think anything of it and purchased some tetras from the tank above. Turns out the tetras introduced ich to my tank and home and killed all my fish. Irresponsible of them to be selling fish that they know have ich, instead of quarantine and treating them.
They have a great self dog wash, and a great package deal too. For $25 you get a punch card for 5 washes.
