Variety of shoes at good prices, friendly store members
Definitely a horrible experience. I wasted my time coming in store to make a size exchange only to come home and see I received two different shoes in two different sizes in an incorrectly marked box. What kind of employee messes up that badly?
Their system won't allow me to place an order online I've tried on several different devices and browsers and with different credit cards Etc. I called and they cannot place the order for me either. Even as supervisor is getting an error message and could not place the order. No shoes 4me!
Terrible experience. Ordered on 12/16 and promised it would be here by Christmas and as of 12/28, it still has not shipped. I was told “inventory issues”. Joke. Never order from here again.
This is my favorite dsw. I live close to 2 other stores, but I like to drive a bit farther to go to this branch. Their clearance section has the best selection. I rarely leave without the item I'm looking for. The past few times I've shopped here, there has been an issue with the sale price not coming up at the register. The associates I was working with have all had great customer service and fixed the issue. Every one I have encountered has been polite and helpful. I'm invisible at a lot of stores, and tend to get ignored when I am in search of help. I feel seen at this location. I wish I could give an extra star for this!
