I went to bring 3 coach purses. I was disappointed with the amount of money they gave me seeing they were in excellent condition. Some others I saw there were pretty beaten up and were being sold for $25 and$30. Many smaller sizes.nThey told me the amount was because they were older coach stock. I think it should be the condition of items not the age. I'm sure they will sell fast and for triple what they gave me.nHow do 2 young girls know what things are worth. I got a total of$31.60 for 3 excellent shaped purses. You should rethink the amounts you give.
Took time out of my day and brought about 100 items. All in good condition and good quality on hangers. They rejected every one. If they only want top brands, they should have said so when I called. They only said they didn't take Walmart or Target goods. Not one of mine was. Evening gowns, jeans, casual shirts, dress pants, not one item was useful?nnNever got the text confirmation that my estimate of zero was ready. I give them one star because the staff was reasonably polite.
Went in to return a counterfeit Dooney & Bourke wallet I purchased yesterday. They have a no exchange policy on handbags and shoes. As a regular customer, I assumed they would refund or provide store credit for the counterfeit wallet they sold less than 24 hours ago.nThe lady I spoke with tried to convince me of the authenticity, but the attached tag inside the wallet says made in the Philippines. It's supposed to say Dooney & Bourke with the manufacture code.nUpdate: 24 hours after posting the above review. The manager contacted me and is allowing me to return/exchange the wallet. This store stands behind its products and treats its customers fairly.

My fiancé bought some boots for me here and he specifically asked if they were returnable in which the staff told him they were. I go to return and they say they’re final sale but I could re-sell them. They offered 1/4 of what I he just paid for them. Just handed them $60 for nothing. Be careful in what you buy. Make sure you are not going to return otherwise they’re just taking your money.
