I'm really starting to like Champs more and more be cause I've gotten some Jordan 1s and a releases unexpectedly. I just made a random visit a couple of times and just saw that they got restock of Jordan's I couldn't get when they launched so I was pretty excited about that. I make Champs part my shoe places to frequent now. Hopefully my luck stays good with Champs and maybe you can have some luck yourself. Happy shopping!
Very unprofessional, manager should be fired the way he treats customers. Asked for his name and corporate number he refused saying “ I know the policy I don’t have to give you nothing” as he hangs up on me. As I read the comments on reviews a lot of people have the same problem. Where is corporate ? Why is he still working there ? Do not go to this champs staff members are also very rude.
Worst shoe store in the mall by far. Manager a lil boy that dont know how to run a business. Denied me a pair of shoes because they weren’t in my size, because i was buying for a relative. Footlocker or Finishline is the way to go
They didn’t remove the alarm tags off a $30 t-shirt and we didn’t realize until we got home (45 minutes away).
