I went in to have a price adjustment on a pair I bought on the Finish Line site and the manager Miriam was amazing. She made sure I got the right price and even made sure I received my Status points that I did not get online. Great customer service here!

I've been robbed!!!!!!!!nBeware online shoppersnI purchased a pair of Jordan shoes on line then I received an email the next day saying that it was ready for pick up when I arrive the cashier tells me that some young lady picked up the shoes but I told him I never gave anyone permission to pick them up I then call Customer Service for help they said they will work on the case and call me back in three days I never received a call so I try calling back no one will talk to me that know about the case now I'm fighting to get my money back $201.88nI AM FINISH WITH FINISH LINE!!!!!!!!!!!
