I went in today looking for an outfit for my birthday and got personally styled by Zach! Not only that but the other store associates hyped me up and made me feel like I was their best friend! Definitely coming back here if I need a last minute amazing outfit
Been there a few years ago and had a slight issue with management. However, today, staff was awesome. My sister was looking for a patent leather purse and the assistant did everything she could. She was very personable and I could tell she was smiling even with her mask on. Greatly appreciate you guys. ud83eudd17

This place is ridiculous. Do not shop here! You would not be able to return or exchange anything. Employees do not mention anything about it till you buy and see a little note on the receipt. They allow to try in fitting room and putting your tried cloth back on the floor. Watch out for someone else's germs.
The level of customer service I experienced yesterday was way beyond my expectations. While I browsed Jacqueline set up a fitting room for me with dresses of all styles. She asked the right questions while I was trying on which led her to pulling the perfect dress. She continued by trying to find the perfect shoes to match and also discussed accessories. She did a beautiful job giving me top notch service while continuing to help other customers as well. Her level of customer service was above and beyond that of what you would expect at a high end store. She is an asset to the company and completely exceeded my expectations. Akira is lucky to have you representing their company. Thank you Jacqueline you made my experience absolutely amazing.
