Friendly, helpful staff. A couple of pee spots that dog owners didn't clean up but that speaks more to the people who shop there then the staff. I'm positive the staff would have cleaned them if they saw them.

Good selection of animals, bettas are kept in cups which is to be expected but they're usually alive maybe due to the care they seem to get. Not many complaints, Id reccomend a bit more variety in their selection of animals,birdwise they'll sell cages not really large enough to house them but this is not the workers fault as it is the chain store's issue. Workers are very polite,very helpful and have been quite a pleasure to meet, they've resolved each and every single one of my issues in a rapid but effective manner. This said the place is pretty empty of workers so finding assistance can be a hassle sometimes but if you manage to find them they'll help you with ease.
