SHOULD HAVE 0 STARS! Charged me over $400 for a urinalysis test AND told me I had no UTI, when I did. I left with no medication and my UTI continued to get worse. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE MEDEXPRESS DOWN THE ROAD.
They charged me over $1000 without seeing a physician for a 20 minute visit where they only took my vitals and did a test for strep throat. The physician I didn't see charged me $610.
Front desk staff was extremely rude. Nurse seemed bothered by having to be there. The ONLY good thing was the doctor was very nice. They need to hire nicer staff.
I would give it negative if I could. The nurse practitioner I spoke with today was so rude. I wouldn't treat an animal the way she treated me. She has ensured I will not go to anything owned and operated by Anderson Hospital again and I have been loyal to Anderson to for years.
This place is a joke... I would have gave a 0 star if they would have let me....nnArrived at 1040am at 1145 just got registered for an xray of my daughters hand... came here because it was close to school ao she would not have to miss....nnThe staff is slow, rude and seem to be incompetent! If you need something serious I would avoid this place like the plague!nnWhile I sat in waiting room, other patients told me how slow this place is. ... and how they don't take care of the patients with any kind of importance. .nnThe staff seems almost drugged.... they move around like molasses in winter....nnExtremely disappointed with this standard of care....nnWILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAINnnJEREMY P
