That new manager Allan is an absolute godsend when it comes to picking out great shoes, I will never go anywhere else! He is so good at listening and picking out shoes that match what I need. I came in not really sure what I wanted, and he had the perfect shoes picked out in no time! He also talked me into these awesome swiftwick socks. Thanks Allan!!
The most welcoming store I’ve been to in awhile!!!
I walked in to just look around at boots. This salesman just kept talking & talking & telling my I had the wrong kind of shoes on. He obviously didn't want to make a sale. He would not shut up!!!! Never had such an irritating experience in my life.
This place has better customer service than anywhere else I've been. I am always willing to shop here before a bigger box store because all of the shoes they sell have a warranty and they take the time to size your feet properly.
Rude and pushy salesmen. Plenty of better shoe stores in town who provide real customer service.
