The Employee didn’t say a word to us when we walked in. She lost a lot of business! To the lady that was working.... shame on you! Your customer service sucked! BEWARE- I was gifted a pair of Santana Canada boots for my birthday from my husband. These were $265 boots. My husband paid cash and verified at time of purchase that changing sizes wouldnt be an issue. He was assured it would be fine. Three days after getting them, I brought them back into the store to exchange for a size smaller. Shoe Diva did not have my size and color and also refused to refund the money. If you cant exchange sizes in the store, then a refund should be no issue. I will NEVER shop here again and will also be certain to share my story so others are aware.
When I had a question the worker, who look like she was a manager, was rude, harsh, and snappy. I could tell she was mad I interpreted her FaceTime call not ever shopping here ever.
