After coming home from the store and finding the wrong shoe size in the box they offered to send us the correct item and a return label. The shoes were supposed to arrive after one week. Two weeks later we called the store, they had our replacement shoes and had not yet shipped them.nTwo weeks after the purchase we still don’t have the shoes.nVery disappointed with the service.
I do really like Journeys a lot. It has not only great shoes, but also has great service and a nice atmosphere. The employees there try there best to satisfy you with your purchase.
I love shopping here! Great options even for people with giant feet like me! Staff is very good at helping you find the perfect pair for you!
