The 2 girls working today were extra helpful. I had some issues with an online order and they offered to call and speak to someone for me. On top of that my in-store purchase went great too. Im from out of town, so excellent customer service like this is very much appreciated. One girl is Allison, not sure on the others name, but kudos to them!!
Love the clothes but very pricey.
Went to pick up my online order. Can't beat free shipping to the store!! Only thing that concerns me is, this is my fourth order in several months & they never ask for verification. I must admit, I like the convenience & speed of that but it is funny to me that the one thing they ask me is if I'd like to try it on! I don't have that problem though as so far, basing my purchases off their size measurements everything's been a perfect fit!!!
Absolutely love that they have a variety of plus sized clothes. They have a good return policy and have taken an item back when it had shown wear after one wash. Usually the clothes are great quality. Love the new studio ponte pants!
My fiance and her daughters checked this place out and had a pleasant visit. They enjoyed themselves. You are going to see this stores' popularity grow and grow because our population is going to grow and grow and have a consuming need for a store of this type. Fun fact if you get an online coupon for this place and mention it to someone in the store they will typically be cool and help you honor the online coupon in the store which is very consumer friendly.
