David’s Bridal

The David’s Bridal Sioux Falls staff was great and welcoming! We had an early appointment and we’re the only ones in the store for like an hour. It was so awesome! All the staff were so happy and helpful! It was really cool that we got all their attention. Manager Sarah was INCREDIBLE! She made me feel amazing and helped so much. Becky was a great help too. Everyone helped me find the perfect dress and they were so kind!

The attendant didn’t help me pick out literally any dresses and she wasn’t even there while I was trying them on. There were zero mirrors in the dressing room. The attendant showed up after I had already tried on 2 dresses and asked my bridal party if I had liked any of them. When they told her no, she just sat around not trying to help. This is the McDonald’s of wedding gown shops which is perfect since McDonald’s is right next door.

I had an amazing experience! I had Hayley help me and she was phenomenal!!! She made the whole experience easy and stress free!! I found my dress and am super excited for my big day!! I had quite a large group and they accommodated us so well!!

Worst experience. I felt like a complete burden for wanting to get a wedding dress. The girl that helped me seemed afraid to touch me and help me adjust the dress so I could see what it would be like if it fitted correctly. I asked for barely any lace if any and all she would pull was dresses that were lace from head to toe. I never once got a compliment on anything, just negative feedback, if anything. The girl that helped me was Elizabeth and she seemed to only care about what was on her phone and less about actually doing her job. I only purchased a dress because I felt so defeated & felt like I wouldn't look good in anything. I did return the dress because I don't want such a bad memory to cloud my happy day.nnI do know working with brides, mother of brides, jealous friends/siblings of brides is hard, I used to work in that industry, but NEVER would I EVER treat a bride the way I was treated. I was treated like I was less than a person. I called the store to voice my concern and was just told they would reschedule me. All I really wanted was an apology and some empathy. All I got was excuses for why my experience wasn't up to snuff. After telling a handful of people about my experience I realize every other person I talked to had something bad to say about David's Bridal as well. I wish I would have asked around before going there and ruining one of the few days off I get.

I had bought a vintage suit that Leslie arranged to be altered for me. She provided top notch service and honest precise communication. I will definitely be back for more work now that I know David's offers tailoring for all! Great Job
