Only 4.4 stars!!??? C'mon Sioux Falls, quit hating so much!! Rudolph's is great!! Went in 15 minutes before closing and Jescika helped me select a pair of work boots - never once rushed me and she couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant - she deserves a raise!!
Left early for a doc appointment in SF to go to Rudolphs to get a pair on shoes for work. 3 gals in front doing nothing noone said hi noone asked what I was looking for havent been there for a while so wasnt sure where tennis shoes were. Walked about one and a half time around store finally found them on my own, found a pair I liked finally a guy came checked for my size with no luck and disappeared. A moment later wanted to see another one but he was gone and noone around so I just left, could have easily sold me a pair of shoes but noone to help
Love Rudolph's. The GM & her co-manager are very helpful, especially providing suggestions on decreasing pain when walking or running. Every time I go into the store I leave with a great pair of athletic shoes tailored to whatever activity I choose.
I took my Auntie Shirley in post knee surgery to get new shoes to fit a brace, we had the best experience from the moment we walked in the door. Thank you for taking the time and effort to see that she left satisfied ud83dudc9c❤ufe0f
