Great service. We came here to get our one-year old his first waking shoes and he was unsure about it, but she did a great job fitting him and checking sizes. Super friendly and upbeat. Highly recommend!
So impressed with my first experience at Stride Rite in Sioux Falls! The staff was so patient and helpful with my little guy who just turned 1 and started walking. Their outside service during COVID is great/safe! I saw the staff sanitizing the benches and even my debit card. They brought out all kinds of styles and sale items from the store. We will be back!
The staff are so knowledgeable about proper fit and kid feet - this is the only place I will go for good kid shoes. They have even discouraged my kids from going with their first choice if it wasn’t a good shoe for their feet. Even if there are people waiting, they take their time and never make you feel like they’re rushing the process.
Unbelievable one on one attention during a complicated time to be a small business. Tammy is incredibly knowledgeable and particularly wonderful with our two year old. Super accommodating in the midst of a pandemic.
The staff is extremely patient and friendly. Every time we go they let my daughter try on all the shoes she wants even if she has already picked out the one she wants. The shoes always last a very long time considering how hard she is on them.
