Always helpful. They never fail me. Every time I need new boots I go here. Nobody can beat there customer service or there product. I work hard 50+ hour weeks with these boots. I put them to the test every time. Don't mess around and get your boots from these guys.
Tom is really good at what he does, he knows his product and customer service is like the good Ol days,customer first! And I wasn't even a paying customer, that's just how good Tom is. I know where I'm going to buy my next pair of work boots that's at Tom's, Well Done!!
I have been in the store probably 4 times within the last two years. I can only think of one time that I was happy when I walked out of the store. Two times a salesman did not even acknowledge that I was in the store, he was busy with another customer, but after 20 minutes of looking around ready to decide on my work boot by doing my own research, I couldn't even get the salesman to say hi, or tell me he would be right with me. Very poor customer service on three of my visits. The only time I had a decent experience was last year buying my works boots for my new job, I did have to assure the salesman I needed wider boots, and I was right, all the support in the right spot, feet do not hurt, King toe is a great work boot for my needs, However I had to suggest that I wanted that boot, instead of what the salesman wanted me to have. All in all Redwing is expensive, but they can be worth the money if you take care of them. The Redwing store in Sioux falls needs some Customer service training, and Product education. I only am writing this review after I have had two separate people tell me of a similar experience they have had in the store. Hopefully they improve.
Very good place to purchase footwear. Salesman very helpful
