Pleasant visit
I needed help. The young man was awesome. He told me to bring the dog in and he would measure him for a sweater. He also helped me with toys for a power chewer. Great employee!!!
Great employees. I wish all Petcos would stock better.
Store is layed out nice, has a good variety. Staff is nice and guiding. Grooming needs help and managements attention. Often the staff all huddle together but have a sign only one animal parent at a time. So how does that make sense when there’s 4 staff members just hanging out in that tiny room? They have food and drinks out and really aren’t following social distancing requirements. It’s like they are having coffee hour while they wait for the pets. The little room needs some decluttering and a receptionist whose always there. Often the staff are busy grooming an animal and you can see a figure thru the tinted glass in the room really just hanging out back there. Or you can hear them laughing or chit chatting in the room with the dogs. Then someone whose grooming lets them know hey so and so is here and they come out. So then you’re left hanging around waiting for someone to come out and assist you. Never mind if you try and call, you’re lucky to get someone and they seem short with you when asking questions. I sense they aren’t staffed correctly certain times of the day or week.nnIf this location can get grooming under control this Petco is A+! I wonder what management and Petco will do after reading this. I bring my pet every 2 months so I look forward to their much needed coaching and improvement!
i am immune suppressed and cannot go into stores. Plus i bought 120 lbs of cat litter and it was wonderful for someone to carry it to my car and put it in the trunk for me!
