Not sure about these other reviews but have always had good service from the woman on the moring shift. She has always been friendly and outgoing with me. Was told the woman on the evening shift is rude but I have never had her be that way with me so not sure. Place always seems clean and alot of locals when I go in.
Worst. Staff. Ever. I went in tonight with my father who is a disabled Veteran. The man behind the counter wouldn’t honor their own store discount. So he had my DISABLED father bring him the sign. Which was clearly marked for their deal. He made rude faces and shook his head at me and the other two men standing in line. Then commented the sign is wrong but “he’d give us the discount anyways”. The tone was snide and he shook his head and rolled eyes. Ableist and discriminatory business. Avoid this business. We will be submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
Night shift worker makes this place terrible. Has zero respect for military active duty or veterans. The other reviews are correct with their elitist attitude. Go here if you want workers to shake their heads at you. Reporting this gas station to corporate.
Gross and negligent store. Staff are horrible and rude. Don’t honor their own ads.
Dirtiest and most grungy place in Winfield. Their attitude fits their store. These people need to be out of business! Treats their customers like trash. Will rip you off if you let them.
