23 minutes waiting in line and my order was still wrong.. I didn't check it till after I drove off.. I was on vacation.. traveling back to the airport in Ohio.. to find out your order was wrong.. lines was long and busy.. so maybe next time it will be better, but for my first time it was not.

If you have a personalized order you best check it before leaving, we've been to this particular store 5 times and EVERYTIME they have made order wrong. Front end staff is polite but back/kitchen staff can be seriously rude.

Very slow for our past 4 visits. Have to always check our order before leaving. We very often find that we were shorted or on occasion we are given someone else's food.nThe food is good, this is the only reason that we keep coming back.

10 minutes till 7 and they were closing. Only had enough beef for two roast beef sandwiches. Didn't really want to wait on us in the drive through. So I ordered the gyronIt was cold and tasteless. Will never visit that one ever again
