Hannah is the best. She absolutely is all about customer satisfaction and works every angle to help you get what you need. The management team is also top notch. I always know when I go there that Hannah will take care of us and never leave us waiting.
The customer service was great. And they helped try and make my payment a month cheaper for me. I will definitely tell anyone thinking about getting a new phone to hit up AT&T store. They were all friendly and looked for my best interest in everything that came or could come with the phone. I highly recommend this store, if there were more stars I would give them all of them.
We had a better experience at AT&T in Keyser than at any other location- including both AT&T and US cellular stores. Their customer service is incredible, the specials they offer are great, and we were in and out pretty quickly. Corinne helped us and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will always go to this store for future purchases and customer service! Great experience!
