Went in to activate two phones. Joey took care of me right away, no waiting, didn't even have to sign in. Then, he assisted me in getting a 25% discount on my plan for being a Veteran. This is so strong! Great service, no complaints at all.nnThe store is a little hard to find, however, and probably should have a sign on the North wall of the building as well as the highway side (West).
signed up for first net on 1/5. Told bill for whole family would be $170. Kept getting billed $340. Told by Britany at the store that she cannot help, even though she processed the account and that I needed to call ATT customer support. Called in March to discuss the continued high bill. Told that it can take a while for the Firstnet account to get processed and that I needed to wait a couple months. Called today 4/13/21 and was told by ATT that I was never signed up for FirstNet. Little guy getting lied to has to stop at some point. Id give zero stars if possible. Truth is... when things go well this sore is fine, but I hope you don't have any trouble because then they are useless.
Bethany helped me upgrade my iphone, and she was very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond. I had to go back to the store and she helped me transfer data, and set up the phone. She knows her stuff, and was very good to work with. I highly recommend asking for her.
I went to the Ranson store to get a new phone because my was damaged at work the young lady that helped me was awesome and very knowledgeable would suggest people to go to this store
