My first time at Two Rivera Tread was a few weeks ago. The gal who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful while picking out a new pair of running shoes. I called the store yesterday because I noticed the tread on the bottom of my shoe was peeling already they told me to come on in and they would exchange them for a different pair. I highly recommend them to anyone! Great customer service!
Great store! Everytime I have gone or a family member we all got personal attention and recommendations from the knowledgeable workers based on the needs, wants, and how you stand for the shoe. You can also test out running in the shoes either outside or on a treadmill which is always fun.
Friendly/knowledgeable staff...local spot for shoes. Very nice to have place that will special order as needed.
I've been a customer since the store opened in Shepherdstown. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is excellent. There is not a better minimalist/running shoe store in the area.
