I had been watching on and off for a promotion to replace my Galaxy6. With that, I had been in and out of several Sprint stores. Hating to admit...I am probably one if those customers that a business hates to see coming in. If I am committing to something, I want details. This Sprint store was the ONLY store that took the time to PATIENTLY address each question I had. TEEK (the manager) was working the morning I walked in and went over ALL the promotions with me. TEEK..YOU ARE THE BEST!! Thank you! When my new phone was ready for pickup, the gentleman transferred everything from my old off onto new one seamlessly..photos, contacts, apps, everything as it was!!! Everyone in the store went over and above. None of the other stores compared to the service they provided me. THANK YOU, GUYS!!!!
Was there 2 hours an could not Activate sim card
Michael Brattain Is a wonderful sales associate. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I purchased an iPhone 11 and screen protector which he applied for me. I highly recommend this young man and the store at Jefferson Cross Way.
This store is always extremely helpful. We have had all good experiences. Mackenzie is always patient and helpful and answers all of our questions no matter how simple! Tek is just as helpful and friendly. We love dealing with the people at this location! They will continue to get our business. This is the place to go!
