O'hurley's is amazing! Super old time feel with a little bit of everything. It was great to chat with Jay and everyone. Very friendly. Be sure to check out the live music on Thursday nights.
Beyond the old school charm with great gifting items they have plenty of hardware for restoration of the old Victorian Homes. Also will order custom items to match what you need. If it can still be found they know where to look.
Great. All kinds of interesting merchandise from all over the world. A lot of fair trade craftmanship. Fair prices.
Best. Store. Ever! I love visiting O'Hurley's in Autumn. I bought a broom one year, twig spiderweb another year, and a bottle of deadly bee venom *wink* the next. I've also enjoyed music in the Great Hall. Where else can you buy a match safe? Yeah, I bought that, too. This place is one of a kind, and the proprietor is a gentleman.
Very cool store with nice owners. Lots of pretty much everything you would expect in a general store. The lack of five stars come from the two jars of Jam we purchased from Yoder's. Strawberry Rhubarb and Red Raspberry. Both were very disappointing to us. The texture was such that I wondered if it was well past its sell date but it wasn't. The taste was also pretty bland. Store bought Jam is better than these two. But the store was still worth visiting and talking with the gentleman owner was worth the visit alone.
