Pretty nice change of pace for a fast food mexican restaurant. Portions are good sized, and quality is pretty good. They have had great covid policies throughout the pandemic (I do miss the wall of all kinds of different hot sauces, though). Staff is always, friendly and welcoming. I wish we had tried this place sooner... it's kind of easy to miss where it is located, but well worth a try.

We stopped in for take out...it took about 25 minutes for some reason. No one behind the counter had any spring in their step. No one knew how to hustle which I guess is why it took so long.nnMy husband got a burrito, and it was big and beautiful. Sadly I got the mixed grill bowl and it’s like half full, yet I paid a dollar more than for a big burrito. Meaning they use this large bowl but then barely fill it so there’s a ton of room left in the bowl. God forbid they let me customize it and add a little extra pico in it. I asked but the guy wouldn’t let me—guess they aren’t like Moe’s. There was hardly any rice or beans in the bowl, and it had a total of 5 cubes of chicken, and 4 pieces of steak. I felt like I was on a diet!!nnSo now I’m left with entree envy—my husbands burrito looks glorious! ud83eudd28 We didn’t get a receipt so I could tell them how our visit went. I’m gonna eat my sad, little bowl while I watch hubby dive into his handsome and robust burrito. Wish there was a Moe’s closer to us! I live for their salsa bar!nnLook at this giant bowl with like less than half full! This was my first bowl here and may be my last. Should there be lettuce on it? Cilantro? I can’t believe how much of the bowl can be seen...this was a ten bite dinner and I was still hungry. I should have gotten the burrito and saved a dollar!

I went today for lunch. I ordered 3 tacos and a small chips and queso. The food was great and correct. The only thing is when they called my name for my order being ready it was full bagged and wrapped as if it was a to go order when my order was dine in. The lady who took my order never asked “is it for here or to go?” Not a big deal just saying make sure you ask if it is for here or to go. Great food as always!

We walked in to order food to go with over an hour and half until closing and was greeted with an eye roll, no hello, no smiles . After ordering we sat to wait on our food to be made, only to see the manager or person in charge making our food with no hat/netting to pull her hair back, and talking on the phone the entire time. We waited much longer than I believe was reasonable due to the phone conversation. Another customer walked in to pick up a mobile order and was not even acknowledged for 5 minutes. The burrito we ordered was completely filled with rice, and hardly anything else. After working in food service for 3 years, and customer service for over 7 this is not acceptable.
