The kind of place you make a detour to Charles Town for. Friendly staff and one of the best eating experiences I've had in a long while. Extremely impressed!
I wanted to share my experience because this business is awesome and the customer service is A+! I returned an incorrect order, and they were mortified that they had given me something without the spices I requested. They made me feel comfortable in the dining area and re-made my order completely fresh. The inside area was also very cozy, however, I got my order carryout, but would dine-in for a future visit. I was given a complimentary beverage while I waited and they more than made up for the error with many personal apologies and an inclusion of a complimentary appetizer as well to go with the newly made dish. It came out very quickly and everything was delicious! It was very refreshing to see how they handled the situation, and they have secured my future business! Thank you, Sumittra!
Did you know there's an excellent Thai restaurant in Charlestown WV? I didn't either but it's so tasty and the service is wonderful.
Sumittra offers an extensive menu of Thai inspired dishes, and my experience is that all I have consumed have exceeded my expectations. Service is impeccable.
Sumitra is really good. I most love that the dishes don’t taste fishy. I personally do not likenfish sauce and it’s nice to be ablento order chicken and vegetable dishes without them tasting of fish sauce. Fresh food and great service.
