I had a wonderful experience on my visit to purchase tennis shoes a couple of months ago. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to find the type of tennis shoe I needed.After having two full knee replacements, I needed a stable shoe. I couldn't be happier with what they recommended for me. My other experiences at Randy's Shoes have also been wonderful. I have purchased all of my Birkenstocks from them. They are my go to for shoes.
First time there today (2/27/2021). Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable of what I needed, super patient, and the best thing they don’t push you to buy stuff. The lady that helped me brought me several shoes to try on and explained what to do to help with my feet pain. I highly recommend Randy’s Shoes. Will definitely be coming back.
Randy's provides the best service around! I'm a long time Birkenstock wearer and prices are the same or better than online. If they don't have it, they will get it for you. Great people, great shoes!
Randy's special ordered shoes for my daughter, who has a hard to find size. They found the only pair like she wanted, ordered them in and called to update me twice to make sure I knew what the status was. These were a surprise Christmas gift, and they delivered! Great customer service!
Great shoe store. Great service and the staff are knowledgeable. I shop here more often than I like. My supination means I wear out a pair of shoes every 3 to 6 months. So far the shoe that holds up the best is a New Balance 928. Not many places carry that shoe and especially not in 4e. I am trying an insole they have just for supination. We'll see how that works. It has helped other customers.
