I really love that a guy works in this store Cruise is always very helpful & looks out for me. He knows that items I'm usually looking for !!! Marta the manager is a wonderful sweet person with a awesome personality & very helpful ...all the other employees are really great too. They always have a great selection of all the items that they try to carry. I rarely have left the store without making a purchase!!!
I went to drop off clothes on 3/30/21 at around 6 o'clock, after an hour and a half of waiting I called to ask about the status of my drop off and the young lady was just so rude and basically told me to wait and not bother them. Then at 8:45 I went inside to ask about the order and the young lady, once again rudely told me to return tomorrow. This wouldn't be a problem but I'm not from midland and the drive isn't worth the $12 dollars I will receive for the entire tote of Chelsea and violet clothes.
At first I was surprised, and upset when I brought a whole basket, at least 50 items only to get 4.20, for a branded pink jumpsuit. There was some cute stuff in there.. And then I got to reading the owners responses to the 1 star reviews. I gained insight to how the system there works, on how much they can buy and sell in order to keep prices down for customers. I was wondering, if I were to bring the same clothes back another time, is there any chance that I can attempt to sell them here again?
Selection was good
Option for clothes is fine but one particular staff member is absolutely rude to every customer that either has a question or needs clarification on something. She needs to be fired, I asked for her name and she refused to tell me and I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was not there. She is just plain out rude, a better staff is definitely needed!!!
