They open earlier than the other shoe stores in the mall. Great customer service, especially management. Shoes and merchandise are always on point, latest trends and great prices. Will definitely be back for Christmas shopping.
Went in on Sunday evening around 6:30, they turned up music when an inappropriate rap song came on. I guess this store is turning into Footaction. The music was soooo loud. Finish Line used to be classy, what happened?
Employees just stood around and did not help. Were not friendly
They sent shoes to my house that I order online. When I received the shoes they were two different shoes in two different color. One of the shoes still had the display thing inside the shoe. It was so unprofessional and inconsiderated. The shoes also smelled like weed! Then when trying to take shoes back they wouldn't even let me use my military discount to reorder the shoes. They were really unprofessional!
Used to be a great place to buy shoes, but I will no longer purchase shoes from because they limit what I use my military discount on. I'd rather purchase from foot locker
