Do not trust this company, they over charge and when they make a mistake you are the one that will pay for it. You would think the much higher than market average price would pay for excellent customer service. But no, they have no honor or respect for customers. I told them that I needed a mesh for hydroponics for growing vegetables and asked if their mesh would work for my specific use, they said yes so I ordered. They didn't tell me or inform me or make any disclaimers that their stainless steel mesh would corrode in my hydroponics. When I complained they pretty much went too bad don't care. And then when I did a PayPal claim they tried to bully me into paying for returning whats left of the mesh out of my own pocket. This is their mistake when they told me yes, yet they are not taking responsibility. I am sick and tired of small businesses taking advantage of consumers like this. You can not say whatever you want to generate a sale and then not take responsibility for it when you were wrong or lied. In response they'll probably say some bullcrap like "we told you it was food safe" but my question was a two part AND question. It would have been appropriate if they said "we don't know" but here's the fact and give me a link for full info about the product. They did not do any of that. So save yourself the hassle of this piss poor customer service company, buy elsewhere.

Finest quality products and top notch customer service. I worked with Graydon to spec out a custom mesh filter for my Robobrew all-in-one brewing system. It was based on work he'd done before, but with different measurements and some custom touches that were not part of the original. The design review was very thorough. The end product wasn't cheap, but is of excellent quality and worth every penny. In short: I highly recommend UBS products and their service!

After a month from inquiry to product delivery, I have to say I am not impressed. The product I asked for was not even and it was in some places off by 1/4". The price was very expensive, and I understood that it was a custom made sieve, but for what I received in the mail I could have valued it at 1/3rd the cost. They offered an explanation after my complaint, which would have helped me look elsewhere if they notified me beforehand of fabricating the screens. It is little too late. No offers of a refund at all.

I cant remember the last time i worked with a company that had so little reason to show me such amazing customer service. These guys treat me like I am the number one customer EVERY time. Five stars. Thanks Utah Biodiesel !

UBS rocks! I am a beginner biodiesel brewer. I have ordered several items online and all have arrived promptly. I have also asked several newbie questions and have received replies within 12-24 hours - sometimes sooner!. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend their services.
