After reading the neg reviews I was wondering what my experience would be like. There was a line but it moved quickly. I don't know about you but I want to see our local businesses thriving. Dylan was very helpful and courteous while we asked our questions. The other male working there today was, very obviously, kind and patient while helping an elderly customer with her stack of papers. So, bah to the negative reviews.
I had a great experience with the owner. Had a unique situation and needed some help. Owner listened and went above and beyond to make things right.

Came in yesterday for a quote to ship a box to Pennsylvania...was told $32. Come in today and its now $45. Same box, same wrapping, same everything. Was told "I dont know" "maybe they put in wrong dimensions". Dont bring your packages here, go elsewhere. The guy behind the counter didn't really seem to care either, which made it that much better.
I shipped a very valuable item and paid for insurance and for them to package it. After several calls and emails they will not honor their insurance. The owner doesn't return any calls or emails, save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
Every time I have gone in lately they have been absolutely awesome!
