I enjoy the food here, but today, unfortunately, things were a little off. Meats had more fat and grisly pieces than usual, some vegetables had large, hard to manage pieces (like whole head and stock of broccoli, instead of smaller, manageable pieces), dishes were wet, and wait staff were off their game. Only 3 sets of customers in store, so too busy wasn't an issue. I will say I have eaten here before, and that experience was better. Food was good, in spite of these things...I will be back!
Pretty much every time we go here, there are very few people in the restaurant, yet they seem to always take awhile to get the bowls out and they're either overcooked or messed up in some way. I love the idea of choosing what to put in my bowl and we have had a couple of good experiences, but out of the maybe 8 times we've been here, at least 6 of those weren't great. We'll ask for egg in the bowl and not get it. Somehow, foods will be added or missing from out bowls. The last time we went, they added the wrong noodles to my son's bowl. I wish they did better, we would go more.
Johnathan is an amazing employee. Very kind, fun, and helpful. The food is great as well.
When we walked in the black guy was very rude and disrespectful he was screaming at us about some not wearing masks right, when none of the severs was We will never go back. All he had to do was ask nicely. Hope no one else gets treated that way
Have been to multiple Mongolian grills while traveling, have to say this is the first that was a pick your bowl and done. Used to being able to try multiple different combinations each time instead of trying to put everything in your 1 bowl since you only can make one trip up.
