Service was great until I went to get my family some breakfast. I had three people in my hotel room and they were all sleeping so I went down and got everyone breakfast. And one of the ladies (I did not catch her name) came running in the lobby saying “Ma’am ma’am! Is that all for you or do you have more members of your family?” I was dumbfounded and asked her to repeat herself. She said I can’t be taking more than what I need since we have others guests unless I’m getting The food for other people. I told her I had three people in my hotel room and then I left. I literally only grabbed a total of 6 items which wasn’t even enough for my whole family. It was completely embarrassing. She made it seem that I was a big fatty and was going to eat everything. I’ve worked in hotels for many years and I know for a fact many people grab breakfast for their loved ones while they’re sleeping. I will make sure to let everyone know if they come to Midland not to come to this hotel unless they want to get humiliated in front of other people.Totally unprofessional service. It happened 03/06/21.

I stayed over christmas there - and the staff was - while a bit shorthanded because of the holy day, did everything to make my stay great. In addition, this group goes over the line with doing things for their guests. I highly recommend Quality Inn at Garfield !

Room was nice enough. The little fold out couch that was in there was busted at one of the seams. We saw 3 employees during our stay and none of them had mask on while checking us in or out.

This will show as Bentley ?, but my name is Joanna Wagaman. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The price was exceptional. Can't say enough about the morning and night staff working the front desk. They more than went out of the way when they were needed. Smiles, friendliness and caring qualities. Rooms were above what is considered clean. A special thank you to Suhely and Tina who did more than I ever expected. A special thank you to Amanda, the hotel manager. Can't say enough about them. I will go back and recommend them to everyone.
