We were seated quickly and the waitress was there just enough to keep us satisfied and not too much to annoy. Very friendly and personable. We never had to ask for something twice. The food was great tasting as well as looked very good. Chilis food is what you expect so for me its really down to service and we received great service tonight.

Service usually lags so you're usually waiting on a refill. Food always takes a while to come out, no matter when you come in or how small your party is, so some part of your parties meal is almost guaranteed to be cold. Most meals feel overpriced for the overall quality of the meal. With that said, the grilled avocado sirloin was very good, and came out exactly how I asked for it, and while my meal came out hot, others I was dining with did not. Some people really enjoy Chili's, I have yet to see the appeal compared to other restraunts in Midland.

Visited this location for lunch with my niece. We shared the chips and salsa appetizer. The chips were amazing. I'd put them up against any others for the best tortilla chips. The chips complimented the fajitas I had, and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla my niece had. The food was great. It came out really quick, especially being lunch time on a weekday.

I only added a star for the manager, young man who really cared about the customers and service. The hostess, young black lady was not welcoming at all or friendly, when leaving looked at her and said thank you, she looked back but ignored. The service needs improvement, I understand that Friday night is busy but that was too long.

WHY midland has such bad service in the food industry beats me. We will not come back here. We waited for about 15 minutes just to be noticed after being seated and then waited about 30 minutes just to get our food and when we finally got it the sauce on my food was dried up and cold. The manager didn't even apologize about it, then when we got our cheesecake that came with our meal we couldn't even eat it because it was frozen. After we were done and we were ready to pay we noticed they messed up our bill by trying to charge us for the remake of my cold dry food and had to go get someone to help us for the second time because no one ever came to our table.nnThis place over all just sucked completely.
