Love that they carry bucked up now! My favorite pre workout by far 🙌🏻
These guys used to be good but the staff they have there now are horrible. I went in to exchange a flavor after being promised I could do that if I tried it. Not only would they not do it, but they wouldn’t call the manager when I requested it. I called GNC and asked them to remove all my customer info. I don’t like it but I’ll have to switch to Amazon.
Didn’t get the guys name who helped me out, the receipt says Yusuf, if that’s his name the dude was awesome. He Helped me out as soon as I walked in. Answered all of my questions. Gave me his recommendation and I’m excited to try it out.
I bought online with only 3-4 months to expiration date, local GNC swapped me for dates 1 year later.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Kevin was rude, condescending and acted very inconvenienced to assist me. He made me feel like a liar. I went in to exchange a product with no receipt because it was accidently thrown away. The wrong product was purchased so I just wanted to an exchange for the correct product and pay the difference. The item was not in stock so I was going to leave and he told me he could order it online and have it shipped. He pulled up my husbands account and processed this without verifying a mailing address. We had just moved and had not updated everything yet. I asked if he needed my address, he told me no gave me a receipt and sent me on my way.
Fast forward a few weeks later and we never received the product, I called the customer service number 3 times now to get this straightened out and get our product we paid for and still have yet to receive it.
