I had done a few online inquires and Hill Country responded immediately. We had to reschedule the appointment for the estimate due to the winter storm, but Derek made it a point to work with me on the reschedule and communicated with me to keep me up to date on his arrival time.nI felt that he was honest and gave me the best options that I needed to make a decision. I decided to replace my unit, and was given what I feel was a fair price that included the install and everything. No surprises.nnThe day of my install they were actually 30 minutes earlier than the time window they gave me, which I appreciated. It didn’t take long to install, and the 3 men who did it were professional, and super nice. They left the area clean - you literally couldn’t tell anything had been done except for the new softener.nnThey also answered all my questions, showed me how the new softener worked and even through they all had masks (thank you for being Covid conscientious) I could tell they were smiling and good natured people.nWell that was more than I expected to write, but I hope this helps people make a decision when it comes trusting this company.

Absolutely awesome service, Hill Country H2O was on time and on schedule for appointments. The install team was professional throughout the install process. It was very clear to me they knew what they were doing and knowledgeable about the product. They had answers and up keep suggestion for the system. Highly recommend this company for future and replacement service should you need a water system install.

Interviewed at least 4 companies before hiring Derek at Hill Country H20. They installed a reverse osmosis and soft water system in my home and I could not be happier. They came on time, answered all my questions and were so professional. Price was very competitive as well. After the storm, Derek immediately communicated with us about our concerns and will be addressing the issues everyone will have with their filters after this unprecedented event. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Derek & team helped us with a complex install at our house. We are from California so did not even have our house looped for a softener system. Over the past year, I started seeing scaling build up on appliances, shower doors, even countertops. So I tired getting a quote from Costco but I was shocked by what they wanted to charge me (I told you it was a complex install!).nnDerek came over and patiently took his time educating me on regional water quality and water treatment options that are available. I really enjoyed our conversation and especially the price quote which totally knocked Costco out of the water. It was also a choice between supporting a local business over a corporation... easy one to make!nnDaniel and team performed the install. I was impressed by their professionalism. After a long hard day they were super friendly and took their time to answer our questions. We are very happy to have installed the water softener and the RO system but more importantly, we are happy to have chosen Derek's team to partner with. These guys truly know the meaning of surprise and delight!nThank you Gents!

After getting some options and quotes from many area companies, we chose Hill Country H2O and are extremely happy we did.nnDerek was awesome and our consultation was very informative. I greatly appreciated learning about different selections of water softeners that could work for us and the multiple offered financing options. Additionally, Daniel and the whole team were super hospitable, answered all my questions, were on point with communication and expectations, and were very COVID considerate.nnThe Leander hard water had taken its toll on our family but after the install, we immediately noticed a difference in the much kinder water. After less than a week with our new water softener, our hair, hands, and skin are revived and feel good again. A highlight for us was the drinking water unit they installed which has made our water clean and flat our delicious. My morning coffee has never better than ever!nnThank you Derek and team for the exceptional service, hospitality, and for elevating our quality of life.
