Great service, very professional, Micah got me measured up, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out my very first pair of Red Wing boots that I was very satisfied to be walking out in. Everything you'd want to see from a shop selling boots at this price point.
Not a big fan of mask wearing, but staff was nice and knowledgeable.
Absolute junk! 2 pairs falling apart in less than 6 months only to find out you can only have 1 warranty claim before they try to shake you down for another pair.... the insoles aren’t worth it either...
These guys really make sure you find the right shoes for work. Even if you need to exchange at no cost within 30 days. Very happy customer here..
Armando ,sales person, knew his product and was prepared for any questions I had concerning the purchase of a new pair of work boots. I wanted epoxy toe applied to new boots and he explained different color and luster that could be done. I chose my first king toe red wings and look forward to a long ,hard work season with comfortable feet! I strongly recommend the boot dryer to keep boots dry and long lasting,,,, have been using them for 30 years plus!!! A good investment paired with good boots equal Happy feet!
