Service was super fast and friendly, Alan was so helpful and informative! Regardless of how damaged a device is, Alan gives it his best effort and goes above and beyond in fixing it. He is very polite and very experienced in repairs - this is definitely the best place for friendly service, good prices and excellent repairs! He also takes the time to explain what is wrong with the device, its chances of survival, and lets customers know what is going on and what to expect. Bee Caves Wireless is fantastic!
