I'd been wanting to stop at this store ever since I heard they had one in Austin. Finally got a chance to today.nnIt's a really nice, clean store. The very nice and knowledgeable young lady, Rennie was very helpful. She knew all about her product and wasn't pushy or overbearing.nnAfter looking around I found a pair I liked, she let me try them on and I bought them, my second pair of Allbirds. These are very unique, lightweight and comfortable shoes. I got a free pair of extra laces as well as a beautiful shopping bag to carry them in. If you've never tried a pair of these, I highly recommend them.
My spouse and I had an amazing experience. We stopped at the store on Monday, March 1 around 1:30pm. The two team members were kind, informative and helpful.nWe love Allbirds and we are so grateful to have a store in our city!nnThey are definitely taken the right precautions during this time frame.nnThank you for an amazing experience!

Amazing service and selection! Bought a few pairs from here during our Sunday funday! I accidentally broke some glass in the store, but the staff was super nice and accommodating!
I really love Allbirds shoes and ever since the store has opened, I prefer going in person to buy them rather than purchasing online. Their customer service is excellent. I especially appreciate that they let me exchange a pair recently after I was a few days past the 30 day return policy. I will continue to buy not only because they are the most comfortable shoes, but also because the customer experience is exceptional!
