We love this place! The service is always great. The food is consistently wonderful. Portions are generous and the salsa is the best on the I-35 corridor! Hands down! We drive 30 minutes just for the fajitas. The marinade is out of this world.nThank you Serranos! It doesn’t matter what store we go to, the food is always the same, FANTASTIC!

Smoke was horrible !!!nI know that grilling indoors is one of your known specialties in preparation of your wonderful food...nSo do you think an exhaust system or fan could resolve this issue??nThink about the health issues of people with breathing problemsnor allergies and the effect it has on children and babies??nPlus your clothe smells like smoke after one leaves your restaurant!!nnYour atmosphere and food are great!!! Great place to bring the family and friends. Your staff is superb!!nnI have experienced this issue more than once, I don't know if anyone has complained about the smoke, but I'm sure it's been a subject of conversation.nnI want the ownership to take this as constructive criticism and to be thoughtful of your customers and not profit..nMoney is the goal of every business, but the root of all evil is not just money it's the love of it !!nnI will continue to eat at your facility and recommend it to friends and family!! They can decide for themselves to eat or not to eat...nnIt was just my observation...

YES Serranos! We love it here! It’s our go-to neighborhood Tex-Mex ud83dude42 The staff is always friendly and attentive, even when we’ve gotten take away they bring it right out to the car! Food is great, they have inventive and delicious vegetarian options too ud83dude42

Dine -In. The food was hot and delicious and service was outstanding. Their safety measures were what we hoped for. Definitely would go back and try another dish.

The food was excellent but the service left a lot to be desired. I asked to sit outside and that was great but the waiter took forever to even take my drink order. After awhile I got my drink but he seemed to forget that I even wanted to order food. I even asked him if he forget about me. I could understand if the restaurant was crowded but there was only myself and a party of 7 seated outside. My waiter wasn't even the server for that party so there really was no excuse for the poor service. I was gifted a gift card for Serrano's but I don't think I will be using it.
