I love the to-go team at this Chili's location! They are incredibly kind and really quick to get orders out. The other night I was sitting at my car at curbside and one of the team members came to check in on me and my order and we quickly realized I had come to the wrong location to pick up my food. I was flustered knowing traffic getting to the other location would take a long time, but they quickly offered to re-take the order at this location and cancel the one at the other. They were so nice, even though the mistake was totally my fault, they gave me a card apologizing for the mix up and gave us multiple desserts with our meal!
We had the best experience tonight. Angel was our server. Not only was she extremely attentive but her personality was magical! I know we will come back just so we can see how this young lady is doing. Food was great too.
I had the salmon and let me tell you, it was awesome! Service, great and Tito's punch delish. Thanks Cortney (?) on the spelling
Delicious as always. We got the white spinach queso, an Alex's Santa Fe Burger with a black bean patty, a Just Bacon Burger, and of course the chocolate molten cake ud83dude0d so good!! We also got some yummy margaritas! I recommend the Merry Berry 'Rita to those of you who like fruitier drinks. All staff was wearing masks and people were well spaced out.
Nice night out with the Hubby! Food was great. Customer Service was great! There was a little wait but that was fine Safety First Right!
