The employees are friendly. Outdoor ATM available. But be warned: the ATM always seems to be broken or being updated. It is a bit of a hassle, honestly. Overall a good experience!

We have been pleasantly surprised every time we've entered the building...the bankers and tellers are top notch in this branch! They stayed open late to help me open an account, remembered my face and asked if everything from my last visit was addressed (wife needed a new card), and have great features on their accounts, especially if you are military or former military. Highly recommend if you are looking for a big bank with a small bank feel.
