When I decided to go to My Eye lab it was because everywhere else was booked up for months. I should have known by that. I went in and got my eyes checked and everything seemed to be going good. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get my glasses in but that it may not take the full 2 weeks because I didn’t get anything fancy. My estimate date to get my glasses has changed now 3 times. When it changed the first time I was like ok that’s fine. Then I called on the day that it said they were suppose to be ready and I was told that they didn’t have them in and that they don’t get deliveries on the weekend and that they will be ready Monday or Tuesday. I looked again and now my estimated date is now Saturday which would be 3 weeks. Do not go to this place. I have never waited 3 weeks to get glasses
I came to this my eyelab on Thursday and they are so sweet, very good customer service and they very nice to me. Anna is new manager. She was so sweet as well. She spend her time to help me picked my glasses. I love her. I didn’t have a good services at last time. Thanks Anna and all staffs. I will be back and recommend yours office to all customers.
I stopped by eye lab in Mansfield after my kid lost one of the pads on her glasses. Anna was pretty awesome, she was so nice and informative of their services and even replaced the pads for free. We will be returning for my sons glasses. This was the Mansfield location.
