My experience with trading in my old phone and purchasing a new phone was great this morning. Easiest process I have ever had as an AT&T customer. Candace and Faviola were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about what I needed and wanted. Top tier service from the both of them and would definitely recommend. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
Store Manager Candace was amazing. Acknowledged me when I first walked in. Great conversationalist. Really made me feel like a priority. Best experience at an AT&T store I’ve ever had.
First off right off the top as soon as you walk in you are acknowledged/greeted vs other AT&T’s you usually walk around until the staff is not busy. Such great customer service. I live no where near this at&t and would go back for any of our services!! A big thank you to the AWESOME manager for the great experience and helping us with our service. The other staff was very helpful as well. We were treated very well. Definitely recommend this AT&T !

My husband and I were in the ATT Store in Mansfield on Broad Street. We are both nearing 80nand not that good on remembering passwordsnnThe young man who helped us was Zack! I’m pretty sure Zack will get an extra jewel in his crown for the way he interacted with us.nnI bought a new phone, and my husband took my iPhone 8 because it was like his old phone. We were prepared to spend the day getting everything sorted.nBut, Zack took care of everything in a matter of minutesnnEvery ATT store needs a Zack! Phones can be confusing to older people, and when the sales person gets nervous and aggravated with us, it makes us nervous! We felt perfectly comfortable at this store!
