Had valid documents for my 5months old Rotti and they did not want to accept it. He was scheduled for a bath and store manager says the vaccine record was in Spanish and she was not able to accept it. I elaborated to her that the dog was accepted into the USA because his vaccines are up to date if not the dog would have never been permitted into the USA.
