I went shopping for plants and had quite a few bags of dirt in my cart as well. I cannot lift a lot so they paged someone to come and help me, after waiting about 15 minutes somebody came over and the customer behind me flagged them down first and had them help her get a bunch of other things. Five minutes later I go up to the stand again to ask if another person can come help and this lovely woman named Janice offered to assist me. She was wonderful and made my whole trip worth it and was so pleasant to talk to that the wait was worth it. That woman needs a raise!
Copies of keys, a machine does better
I like that they put plants on clearance rather than throw them away.
Staff was very helpful and courteous.
