The staff is wonderful all the time. I only had one bad experience with the gay guy working there he didn’t want to help all he was talking about was someone parking to close to his car. He came some what rude. If I had to deal with him I would not go back but lucky for him everyone else are wonderful.
Hispanic employee with long black hair was extremely rude and unprofessional she told me that I had an attitude because I was frustrated she wouldn’t give me my discount. I asked to speak with management and she said no and asked why would I need to speak to management I told her due to her being unprofessional and she said “I’m not being rude”. Very dissatisfied and I feel discriminated against. Before this she followed me around the store.
I walked in and already felt like i was being stereotyped. I tried to ask for help with my hair and the first girl she seemed way to timid. I tried to approach her so im not yelling across the store but she seemed scared of me. All i had is sweat pants a t shirt and a purse. But the second lady went hiding in the office and then started to suspect me of commiting theft. Since i felt the tension in the quiet store and employee were distant from me all i did was grab my phone for some information to help. When i grabbed my phone from my purse the manager came running to look at me and since then she was determined to keep her sight on me. I don't personally appreciate the fact that i came in needing help with hair products and to just be treated as a threat or someone sketchy. Not every person that wears black is a criminal.
